(ORILLIA, ON) – On January 7, 2015 at approximately 5:35 a.m. members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit, in conjunction with the OPP Drug Enforcement Unit, Community Drug Action Team, Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit executed a warrant at an address on Hilda Street in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant officers seized Cannabis Marihuana, Cannabis Resin, Oxycodone and paraphernalia associated with trafficking.
Shawn BURSEY, 37 years old of Orillia, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Jason EVANS, 37 years old of Orillia, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Robert EVANS, 65 years old of Orillia, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Sabrina STICKLAND, 23 years old of Orillia, turned herself in to police and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking.
All parties were released with their own Promise to Appear and will be in Orillia court on February 24, 2015.
