Responding to an initial domestic disturbance, police located a male hiding in the back yard of the involved residence. The investigation revealed that the male was wanted on a warrant for possession of drugs x2 by the Ontario Provincial Police. Barrie Police officers laid further charges when it was observed that the backyard, where the male was hiding, was also the location of marijuana plants that the accused was growing. The accused was already on a probation order to abstain from the possession of drugs.
