(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 172km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 yesterday just after 11:30am.
Nathan WARD (age 21) of Bethany, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed and failing to stop at a stop sign. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2015 Mazda 3 was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on June 13, 2016.
