On March 2, 2014 a concerned citizen contacted the Guelph Police to report a possible impaired driver. The vehicle was located at 4:15 p.m. in the area of Victoria Road and Brant Avenue and the male driver was spoken to. It was determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest.
Walter PURDY, 57 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on April 11, 2014.
