On May 28, 2015 at 9:53 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Walmart on Woodlawn Road to assist with three male shoplifters. The males were stopped as they exited the store and arrested. A search of the males subsequent to their arrest led to the discovery of stolen items from the store and a small quantity of Crystal Meth on one of the males.
A 35-year-old Guelph male has been charged with theft under $5,000 and two counts of breach of probation. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on May 29, 2015.
A 22-year-old Guelph male has been charged with theft under $5,000, possession of a controlled substance (CDSA) and two counts of breach of probation. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on May 29, 2015.
McGarrett Evans, 38 years of Guelph has been charged with theft under $5,000. He will appear in court on June 30, 2015.
