(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 39-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Cockshutt Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at approximately 2:06 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Cockshutt Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 39-year-old Charles WAITE, of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
