For several months WFP has been hearing reports from inside sources
that three councillors were planning on running for North Huron
Reeve on 27Oct2014. The three councillors were Bernie Bailey,
Brock Vodden and archie macgowan. Today (23July2014) our
sources are telling us that all three have chickened out” in the
wake of Neil Vincent’s articulate and moving announcement. <a

have contacted Town Hall and have confirmed that no sitting
councillor has put their name forward for Reeve.
This is how the Old Boys Club (OBC) works. They view this as a
form of “respect” to not challenge Vincent’s authority. These
positions would be for life if the OBC had their way.
