Vladislav KAPOUSTIANSKI – Impaired Driving

(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM, ON.) – On August 15, 2015 at approximately 8:56 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a vehicle being driven erratically in Plattsville. At approximately 09:25 p.m. OPP received a request to attend a single motor vehicle collision on Oxford Road 22 at Township Road 13 in Blandford Blenheim Township.

Police attended the area and located a vehicle and the male driver. As a result of investigation, the 42-year-old male, Vladislav KAPOUSTIANSKI of Woodbridge was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:

Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol and Drug)

Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample

The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 15, 2015.
