(ESSEX, ON)— On December 15, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., officers responded the the Beer Store on King Street West in Harrow for a report of a possible impaired driver leaving the store.
Officers arrived and spoke to the male in question who had struck a parked car in the parking lot of the store.
The male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Vlada HRUTKA, age 56 of Essex, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Care of Control Over 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on December 30, 2015 to answer to the charges.
