Vidha KHAMESRA – 141 in an 80

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On February 4, 2014 at approximately

10:48 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a male driving 1999 Volkswagen traveling at a high rate of speed on Wellington County Road 34 near Wellington County Road 34, Puslinch Township. The officer obtained a speed of

141 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on radar. The driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.

Vidha KHAMESRA age 29 of Mississauga is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on February 19, 2014 to answer to the charge.
