(KINCARDINE, ON) – On May 2nd, 2011 at 1:00 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on Queen Street, Kincardine. The officer discovered that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
29 year old Victor TALBOT of Kincardine has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 13th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
