(TIVERTON, ON) – On September 25, 2014 at 11:54 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Main Street in Tiverton when a Black Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty six year old Victor PENNER of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 3, 2014 to answer to the charges.
