(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Friday January 30th, 2015, at approximately 3:00pm a possible impaired driver was reported to the Quinte West OPP in the area of Wallbridge Loyalist Road. A short time later, Police located the suspect vehicle parked at an address on Grills Road. The female driver was still occupying the driver’s seat of the vehicle. After a short investigation the female was arrested.
Vicky Diaz, 35, of Belleville was charged with Care or Control While Impaired by Alcohol and Care or Control Over 80 milligrams. She was released from custody on a Promise to Appear with a court date in February at the Ontario Court of Justice, Bridge Street, Belleville.
