(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) -Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft/mischief complaint to a vending machine in front of the Foodland in Arthur. Sometime between December 15, 2013 at 10 p.m. and December 16, 2013 at 7 a.m. unknown suspect(s) damaged the machine to gain access in order to obtain a small sum of money inside.
