(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were called to a residence on the Big Creek Road on July 4, 2016 at approximately 7:30 a.m. in response to a dispute that ended up in a pick-up truck being damaged.
County of Brant OPP members attended the residence and located a 2002 GMC Silverado with damage to widows.
As a result of the investigation OPP have charged 46-year-old Kirk HELLYER of the County of Brant with Mischief to Property under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:
He will appear in The Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charges.
