(THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged two parties with drug offences as a result of a vehicle stop in The Blue Mountains.
On the 10th of January 2014 at approximately 2:40pm, an officer on patrols stopped a vehicle for speeding on Grey Road 19 and the 6th Line in The Blue Mountains. Upon speaking with the occupants of the vehicle it was found that they were in possession of a small amount of marihuana which was seized by the investigating officer.
Charged are 20 year-old Tamara BLAGOJEVIC of Kitchener, she is facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance – marihuana. Also charged is 20 year-old Jelena RADINKOVIV of Kitchener, she is also facing charge of possession of a controlled substance – marihuana and highway traffic act charges of speeding and drive-no license.
They are both to appear in Owen Sound court on the 27th of February 2014.
