(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a man with a drug offence. The charge stems from a traffic stop in McGarry Township. The incident occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 15, 2016.
Subsequent investigation resulted in the seizure of Marihuana and money. The estimated value of the seizure was approximately $10.000.
Charged is Pierre LEBLANC age 53 of St-Adele Quebec with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking. The accused has been remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
