(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Monday, January 27, 2014 at approximately 3:53 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle stolen from a private driveway on Grey Road 124 (Singhampton) in the Municipality of Meaford.
The black, 2006 Volkswagen Jetta, VIN #3VWST71K06M652371, with Ontario licence plates BDXJ 489, had been idling in the driveway to warm up. When the owner returned a few minutes later, the vehicle was gone. The vehicle had a full tank of gas and contained a bag of insulation tools in the trunk.
