North Kawartha Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 126 km/h in the 60km/h zone on Highway 28 just before midnight yesterday.
Matthew MALINOWSKI (age 21) of Mississauga, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2003 Honda Civic was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 14, 2015.
