On Monday September 14th 2015, at 3:48 p.m. a Motor Vehicle Collision occurred at the Canadian Tire entrance on Wilson Ave near Fairway Road South in the City of Kitchener. A brown van turning left into the parking lot was struck by a North Bound blue SUV, the force of the impact caused the van to spin and flip onto its side. The occupants of the van, one adult female and her three children under the age of 10, were transported to Grand River Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the SUV was not injured. The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
