On June 8, 2015, a 30 year old Meaford, ON resident was arrested in relation to an act of vandalism that had occurred at the Waterloo Regional Police Service North Division in April 2015. At that time, the statues of the lion and the lamb in front of the division had had a substance poured over them. The male was charged with mischief under $5000 and released on a Promise to Appear with a July court date.
