(KENORA, ON) The Kenora Detachment of the OPP and the Kenora Street Crime Unit are investigating a number of incidents of vandalism in the Lakeside area of the city.
Police were notified shortly before 1:00 am on October 3, 2014 that two suspects had fled the scene of a Lakeside residence after the homeowner observed them spray painting on a neighbour’s garage door. The investigation determined that the unknown suspects had spray painted several garage doors as well as a vehicle in the same area. A K9 track was initiated but the suspects were not located.
Police are also investigating a number of vandalism complaints in Lakeside that occurred last weekend. It has not been determined at this time if they are related.
