Date: Thursday, September 11, 2014 – 1:00am
On September 11th 2014 at approximately 1 am, police were contacted to attend a north end residence in regards to a possible domestic disturbance. Upon police arrival it was revealed that the victim and her male boyfriend have been going through relationship difficulties at which time he was removed from the residence and was taken away access via keys.
The male subsequently returned in an alleged intoxicated state and in banging on the front door yelled to the victim a threat indicating he would cause the victim harm.
Police in conducting their investigation later found the male hiding in the detached garage trying to evade police. The male was subsequently arrested and held pending a bail hearing.
