(ESSEX, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to thank the public, as well as our local media partners, for assisting in identifying a Windsor man involved in a theft at an Essex area Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
Brad HOROKY, age 36 of Windsor, was identified as the male responsible for removing $400 from an ATM after another person had forgotten their card.
He has been charged with Theft Under $5000 and will appear in a Windsor court on February 26, 2014.
Without cooperation between the police, the media and the public, solving even the simplest crimes would not be possible. Thank you!
