(GRAVENHURST, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Bracebridge detachment members have arrested three males for break and enter into a residence in Gravenhurst.
On March 20, 2014 at approximately 11:00 pm three suspects forced their way into the residence in Gravenhurst. The two residents inside the Gravenhurst home heard the suspects entering and confronted them. After a short altercation the suspects fled from the residence.
The three suspects were located through police investigation by the Muskoka Crime Unit, the Community Drug Action Team, the Muskoka Vice Street Crime Unit and members of the Bracebridge OPP detachment.
Glen WERNEY a 21-year-old male from Gravenhurst has been charged with
CC 267(a) Assault with a weapon
CC 348(1)(b) Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence
Kyle MATTS a 24-year-old male from Tay Township and
Beau DESVREAUX a 30-year-old male from Gravenhurst have both been charged with
CC 266 Assault
CC 348(1)(b) Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence
The three males will appear in Bracebridge court on the morning of April 15, 2014 to answer to their charges.
