(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Tuesday July 08th 2014, officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Highway 62 in Maynooth. It was reported that a pedestrian stepped onto the road and was struck by a red Mazda that left the scene.
The Bancroft OPP is no longer looking for red Mazda in relation to the incident.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing at this time.
