Update: Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By A Car

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) The Perth County OPP with the assistance of West Region OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators has completed their investigation in to the July 17, 2011, fatal pedestrian collision east of Atwood.

Becky Weber (21) from Elmira, the driver of the car that struck the two pedestrians, has been charged with “careless driving”. She is to appear in Stratford Court on September 13, 2011 to answer this charge.
