(Muskoka Lakes, ON) – Members of the Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Muskoka Area Crime Unit and the Office of the Fire Marshall are currently investigating a fire to a residence located at 1101 Baldwin Road in the township of Muskoka Lakes that occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. on 7th April, 2015. Muskoka Lakes Fire Department called police shortly after being dispatched to a fully engulfed structure fire at the above address.
Police were successful in locating the male party related to the Silver Dodge pick-up truck that had been involved in a suspect apprehension pursuit that occurred on Highway 11 in Oro-Medonte at approximately 1:38 a.m. that same morning.
Thus far it has been determined the damage from the fire is limited to property damage only.
