(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 33 year old male of Norfolk County, ON with several criminal code violations in relation to a Break and Enter at a Colborne Street South, Simcoe, ON address.
On Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at approximately 11:05 pm, unknowns attended the address and gained entry into Jae’s Consignment. Once inside, unknowns located and removed several cellular phones.
At approximately 11:49 pm, the suspect returns and re-enters the store. The suspect then proceeds to remove several other cellular phones from display cases.
As a result of investigation, police have arrested and charged 33 year old Jesse MCFADZEAN with two counts of Break and Enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, three counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and theft under.
He is currently being held in custody and will appear at a bail hearing at Provincial Court, Simcoe, on Thursday, August 1, 2013.
As a result of the investigation by the Norfolk County OPP, stolen property from the Break and Enter and as well as a stolen bicycle that was previously reported to police was recovered and has since been returned to its owners.
