(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 20 year old male after police investigated an incident at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, June 11, 2015, at approximately 4:10 a.m., police received a report of an assault. Officers commenced an investigation and through the course of investigation determined that the allegations were unfounded.
As a result, 20 year old Brandon Michael LABONTE of Norfolk County, Ontario was charged with public mischief.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
