On Sunday, March 7th, 2016 Guelph Police entered into a sexual assault investigation involving an Uber driver. As a result of this investigation, on March 11, 2016, 59 year old Wale ALEMU, a Guelph resident, was arrested and charged with sexual assault. He will appear in court on April 26, 2016.
