Tylor MONTPETIT – Weapon, Breach, Attempt Break and Enter

Alert citizens reported a suspicious person attempting to break into vehicles assisted in his apprehension and arrest. On Wednesday August 7 police responded to a suspicious person who was checking for unlocked vehicles at the back of the Renfrew Victoria Hospital. Officers attended and detained a male suspect. He was found to be in possession of break in tools. Tyler EAST 21 of Renfrew was charged with possessing break in tools and released from custody on an appearance notice for court in Renfrew on September 11. Provincial Constable Chris Colton investigated.

On August 5 at 11pm OPP officers responded to a possible break and enter on Fairview Cr in Arnprior. The caller reported someone was attempting to get into their house through a window. Officers located a male hiding in the backyard. The male fled the scene but was apprehended and arrested. Following their investigation the male was found to be breaching his probation order by possessing a weapon, and attempting to enter the residence. Tylor MONTPETIT 23 of Arnprior was charged with two counts of breach of probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing. Provincial Constable Barry Richardson investigated.
