(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On Saturday November 19, 2016 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Kawartha Lakes Road 8, just west of Fenelon Falls for a driving infraction. The stop occurred at approximately 10 pm.
After an investigation, the driver 27 year old Tyler SPENCER of Fenelon Falls is charged with Driving With More Than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on December 15, 2016.
