(BRANT TWP, ON) – On August 6th, 2011 at 3:51 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 10, Brant Township observed a Brown Pontiac travelling through Elmwood at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped on Concession 14 West in Brant Township. A passenger in the vehicle ran off, but was arrested after a short foot pursuit. 19 year old Tyler HILTZ of Hanover is charged with Obstruct police, Personation with intent and Breach probation. He is currently in custody awaiting a show cause hearing scheduled for August 8th, 2011.
