Tyler EVERINHAM – Drunk Driving

(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP) – On August 1, 2016 at 10:35 a.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call from a concerned citizen about a single motor vehicle collision. A motor vehicle lost control on Honey Harbour Road and ended up in the ditch.

The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The male driver Tyler EVERINHAM (age 23) of Port Severn, ON has been charged with:

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

Driving while ability impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 11, 2016 in Midland, ON.
