(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On October 28, 2016, at approximately 10:15 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a motor vehicle in the ditch on Nissouri Road.
Officers located the red Ford pickup truck and determined that the 54-year-old male driver had been drinking alcohol. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.
As a result of the police investigation, Tyler DYSON, from Thames Centre, Ontario, has been charged with care or control while impaired (alcohol), and fail or refuse to provide sample 254(3), contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on December 12, 2016.
