On October 11, 2014 at 1:20 a.m., the Guelph Police located a parked vehicle on Silvercreek Parkway South. Police spoke with the male in the driver’s seat, determined that he was impaired and he was arrested.
Tyler Dawes, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired care and control, breach probation and breach officer in charge undertaking. He will appear in court on October 28, 2014.
