Tyler CAMPBELL – Assault With Weapon, Trespassing At Night

(INGERSOLL, ON) – On December 3, 2014 at approximately 10:00 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter that had just occurred at a residence on Carnegie Street in Ingersoll.

The male suspect was discovered by the homeowner in the garage. After a confrontation and identifying the male suspect, the suspect fled on foot. OPP were unable to locate the suspect, and a warrant was applied for.

On March 31, 2015 at approximately 8:32 p.m. OPP members responded to an unwanted person complaint.

As a result of investigation, 21 year old Tyler CAMPBELL of Ingersoll was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:

Assault with a Weapon

Possession of imitation weapon for Dangerous Purpose

Trespassing at Night

The male was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
