(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On July 24th, 2016 at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles on Mosley Street at First Street.
An OPP investigation revealed that one of the drivers was operating his motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” and “Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle” is Joseph C. SURGENOR 27 years old from Springwater Twp. First appearance is August 30th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
