(Tweed, ON) – On January 19, 2015 at 12:25 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Luffman Road and Marlbank Road in the Municipality of Tweed.
A southbound truck on Luffman Road stopped at the stop sign and then proceeded through the intersection striking an eastbound van on Marlbank Road.
A 68 year old Marlbank, ON man was charged with Fail to Yield to Traffic On Through Highway.
Three people were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
