Two Teens Sent To Hospital After Dirt Bike Collision

Barrie Police responded to a collision Tuesday afternoon just before 4:00 p.m. on a trail within the Ardagh Bluffs off Ardagh Road in the City of Barrie.

A 14-year-old and 15 year-old Barrie male collided with one another while dirt biking on a dirt trail. The 14-year-old male was transported to a Toronto Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, and the 15-year-old was treated for head injuries at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.

Police do not believe alcohol or drugs were a factor and the investigation is ongoing.
