(MONO,ON) – Dufferin OPP have kept busy this weekend with two stunt drivers.
On Friday December 4, 2015 at 1:25 pm, officers were conducting speed enforcement on Hockley Road near Mono-Amaranth school. Police clocked an eastbound Nissan sedan at 105 km in a 50 km community safety zone.
On December 5,2015 at 11:25 am police clocked a southbound Mazda sedan at 137 km in an 80 km zone on Highway 10 at 30th sideroad in Town of Mono.
Traffic stops were conducted . A 31 year old Orangeville male driver and 48 year old Brampton driver each had their driver’s license suspended for 7 days. Both vehicles were towed and impounded for 7 days.
The accused are charged with stunt driving and will appear in Orangeville court at a later date.
