(BANCROFT, ON) – Shortly after noon on the 08th day of July 2016, officers with the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving two motorcycles on Highway 62 at the intersection of Quarry Road in the Town of Bancroft.
Police attended the scene and determined that a motorcycle had collided with another motorcycle, both heading in the same direction. Both drivers were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Highway 62 was closed for the investigation, but reopened a short time later.
The investigation is continuing.
