TWO IMPAIRED DRIVERS IN ONE STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

(New Tecumseth Township, ON) On Thursday the 23rd of October 2014, at 1:30 p.m. a passerby motorist located a Chevrolet Impala in the north ditch at the intersection of the 10th Sideroad and the 14th Line in the Township of New Tecumseth.

When officers with the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended and investigated further it was found that the Chevrolet Impala had been stolen from Newmarket earlier in the day. The female driver, 32-year old Stacie McKEE of Newmarket and the male passenger, 31-year old Cecil GUZMAN of Innisfil were arrested for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (stolen motor vehicle). After gathering further evidence, police arrested Stacie McKEE and Cecil GUZMAN with Impaired Driving as they had both been observed operating the motor vehicle. Breach of Probation

Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing on the 24th of October 2014. Neither of them sustained injuries as a result of the motor vehicle collision.
