(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 54-year-old female and 28-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle at a Lower Side Road, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, May 20, 2016, at approximately 1:50 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Lower Side Road, when a pickup truck towing a trailer attracted the officer’s attention. The officer stopped and investigated the vehicle and occupants.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 54-year-old Lana Danielle MCKAY of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Marihuana
Fail to comply with Probation Order X2
No red light on rear of trailer
Improper means of attachment
Charged with the following offences is 28-year-old David Daniel MINER of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Marihuana
Fail to comply with Probation OrderX2
Possession of break-in instruments
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
