Two Face 43 Charges For Break, Enter & Thefts

(CHAPLEAU, ON) – The Superior East Ontario Provincial Police has charged two males with several charges after receiving a call of a possible break and enter in progress in the area of Tony Lake, Degualle Township.

The call was received on December 20, 2015 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Officers attended the area and with information received from the complainant were in search of a yellow All Terrain Vehicle. On scene officers observed several cottages that had been broken into. Police continued their investigation and located the suspect vehicle on a main road. The vehicle was stopped by police and both parties were arrested.

Charged with the following is Nicholas David NOROZANSKI (20) of Lively, Ontario.

Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence as per sec. 348 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X9)

Theft Under $5,000 of a Motor Vehicle as per sec. 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent as per sec. 335(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X2)

Mischief Under $5,00 as per sec. 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X4)

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 as per sec. 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X2)

Possession Of Break In Instruments as per sec. 351(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The above accused is scheduled to appear in Chapleau court on January 20, 2016.

Also charged with the following is Bradley James SHANOHA (19) of Lively, Ontario.

Theft Under $5,000 as per sec. 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X4)

Break, Enter a place with intent to commit indictable offence as per sec. 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X10)

Mischief Under $5,000 as per sec. 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X6)

Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent as per sec. 335(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada (X2)

Theft Under $5,000 of a Motor Vehicle as per sec. 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 as per sec. 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Possession of Break In Instruments as per sec. 351(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The above accused is scheduled to appear in Chapleau court on February 18, 2016.
