(CENTRAL ELGIN, ON) – On the 12th of April around 3:30a.m. the Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police(OPP) were called to the area of William St. for a mischief event in progress.
Two people were seen causing damage to the Buccaneer Restaurant property. Elgin officers were able to locate and arrest three people in connection to this incident shortly after an alert citizen contacted police.
At this point in the investigation Bradley GOULD age 22 and Aaron ZINN age 22 of London, ON have been charge with:
Mischief Under $5,000 contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code
Theft Under $5,000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code
Both the accused were arrested without incident in the area. The third person was released unconditionally at the scene. Both the accused have a court date on the 9th of May in St. Thomas Criminal Court.
