(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On April 30, 2016 at 9:19 p.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting radar patrol on 6 Highway near Limberlost Road, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
The OPP officer observed two vehicles driving southbound exceeding the posted speed limit. A 2017 Honda CRV and a 2016 Mercedes B20 were subsequently pulled over simultaneously.
A 29-year-old female and a 27-year-old male, from Nobleton have been charged with speeding over 50 kilometres over the speed limit.
Both drivers are scheduled to appear in Owen Sound Court of Justice on June 16, 2016 to answer to the charge.
