(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged 2 men with Robbery at a Main St, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday December 3rd, 2013 at approximately 11:40 pm two males attended the Pioneer Gas Bar and while brandishing a weapon demanded money from the lone male employee. A quantity of Canadian currency was turned over with the two suspect’s then fleeing the store.
Police were contacted and attended the scene along with the OPP Canine Unit. A search of the area was conducted, which led Police to an Alma St. Hagersville address where two male suspects were arrested.
As a result of the Police investigation 29 year old Nicholas KOVACICH and 26 year old Allan SUMMERFIELD both of Haldimand County, ON have been charged with Robbery with a Weapon. Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
