(LAMBTON, ON) – On Saturday February 25th, 2017 Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a commercial address on Nauvoo Road, Warwick Township, ON. regarding an armed robbery.
At just after 4:30 a.m., the Lambton County OPP responded to a commercial property located in the 5300 block of Nauvoo Road, Warwick Township. Upon arrival, police were informed that 4 unknown suspects entered the property, 1 armed with a weapon, and demanded various merchandise. The 4 unknown suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Through continued investigation, the Lambton OPP Crime Unit has identified and arrested two suspects in relation to the armed robbery of February 25th, 2017. On Thursday April 20th, 2017, members of the Lambton OPP Crime Unit arrested and charged 31 year old James Alexander PIGEAU of London, ON with:
Robbery with a Weapon
Disguise with Intent
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Driving while Disqualified
and 32 year old Clarke Kent MOORE of London, ON with:
Robbery with a Weapon
Disguise with Intent
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
Both accused were held for a bail hearing at the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday April 20th, 2017.
